I understand Seowoo, since it's hard to talk to people in general, and it's harder talking to people you admire. But, he can't depend on his brother forever. I don't particularly like his brother either, since he's just playing with Raon's feelings. Obviously, this can lead to no good.
I almost pity purple hair, since it's as suspected that Seongjae still likes Dongha, and he's probably just a replacement. But, I don't trust him at all.
I knew Iljo would eventually be manipulated, since he's too obedient and helpless. Jeonghan only likes the feeling of being superior, which probably arouses him, and he possibly will want to pursue a romantic relationship (so Jeonghan has difficulty leaving) although he has no romantic feelings.
There's the psychological genre, then, there's this... Not like i expected a romance, but if it's 'psychological' it's a boring plot. Two rapists, end up with their rape victim. I could read a generic BL manga and I'd see the same thing.
The girl who was replaced by Shen Yu should be grateful that she didn't suffer through what he did...
The character development is insane. Shen Yu went from depending on the Prince to leaving him because he knows it's better for him, and being extremely independent until now. Usually, it's painful, because the victims don't want to leave their abuser because they've fallen for them, and forgive them too easily.
I'm hoping Yu-er stays independent and doesn't depend on the Prince, since he's horrible to him. It's a shame the Prince didn't stay prisoner longer.
My relationship with this manhwa is as toxic as Ning Ye and Su Mu's.
Su Mu might've 'used' Ning Ye at the beginning, but comparing that to the mental and emotional abuse Ning Ye put Su Mu through? No, Su Mu is not innocent, but he's clearly the victim in this situation, and has only treated Ning Ye well.
He used him and played him right throughout the whole time they were first together. I can't stand Su Mu's character because he still expects Ning Ye to believe the MC loves him?
I already acknowledged that. It wasn't right, but Su Mu even explained it to Ning Ye. Of course Ning Ye (as usual) never gives him a chance to explain. He has always been good to Ning Ye except from deceive him, while Ning Ye has been abusive and possessive throughout their relationship.
Also mentioning, Ning Ye was abusive from the start. I acknowledged Su Mu was wrong to use Ning Ye for money, but it's incomparable to abuse.
Correction: not from the start, but pretty early on, as soon as Su Mu reunited with his friend. Adding on to this since I really hate Ning Ye, he tried forcing himself on Su Mu multiple times, also quoting that Su Mu hates him because he doesn't want to do it.
Just give him his mother and freedom already... :(
