I know you all love this manhwa but please refrain from replying/tweeting to D'jun on their twitter account in english (regarding the chapters or urging for quicker updates) or mention anything about mangago.
This manhwa has no official English translation. Although chinese artists are not as strict as koreans, they still feel sad if they know people has been enjoying their works illegally.

You know Twitter is banned in China, right? DJun needs to use a VPN to use it, just for the sake of communicating with foreigner fans. Korean is just the first foreign language that "Here U Are" is being translated to since a few weeks ago, and this Twitter account has been active for a long time, now.
DJun's English is not that good, so he uses automatic translation to read our comments and to post his tweets. So, of course he knows about the scanlations. People have been using the #HereUAre on Twitter for a long time, too. Half of the images that appear there are from scanlated material.
Maybe he doesn't know about MangaGo, but he's aware of the scanlations.

Have you never heard of "Our Lady of Fatima"? It is a Catholic held belief (I am not Catholic, but my mom is and I worked for and with Catholics for 14 years) that the Virgin Mary appeared to 3 children in Fatima. So yes, it is VERY plausible that there would be a Catholic Orphanage called Fatima.
Oh, and several Catholic Orphanages were run by nuns.
