Like the red kid actually forgot about xie lian there? he said something like the crown prince taught him? who really is the killer

Prince An Le is the last royal bloodline of Xianle, so he's last descendant of Xie Lian. As you know Yong'an won the war and take in Xianle people and treat them kindly. Qianqiu befriended An Le so the former always thought they're friends and that it's Fang Xin, the Grand Tutor (which is Xie Lian) that killed his family during the Gilded Banquet.

Prince An Le and Qi Rong plotted the whole thing and assassinated the Yong'an royal family with the others. An Le stabbed the King but did not managed to kill him. Then Xie Lian walked in during the massacre. Blahblahh An Le found out who is Xielian and wanted him to join him in their rebellion but Xie Lian wanted to stopped him from doing so. When An Le refused and blahhh lot of things about how they wanna wreack havoc to Yong'an Xie Lian have no choice but to kill An Le, his last descendant of the royal family of Xianle. Damn sad

Reading the novel will explain more. Tbh tgcf is not suited for manhwa imo bc it's too complex and too many characters that are very important.. and the scenes happened periodically like it's only explained when xl encounter certain situations, like unfolding a cut scene. Then you have book 4, when everything tragedy is unleashed. have fun

The earlier conflicts are all extreme but still understandable and makes sense. People pointed out how this story suck ass from the start, and how this teacher beating kids ass, like where were you when that chapter came out??? I hope those hating not the same kind who praises this story back then.
But what the creator did was wrong, no arguments. He pointed all the shit that happened and got blinded himself. I love this series, really, the enjoyment to see those kids get disciplined. I wish in the future the writer and the whole team truly acknowledge what they did was wrong. Coming back with a revised chapter might seem a cheap move, since most people would probably think “it’s all about the money that you’re coming back again you don’t care about the real problem” but it’s a good thing to learn from past mistake no?

I love heechan so much!!!! He’s such an unpredictable character overall. It’s been 36 chapters, by then I was always wondering when him and ml interest starting to ‘fall in love’, but I’m really enjoying whatever Heechan does in his everyday life.
Ngl, the bickering, and the deadpanned expression form the ml interest, reminded me of the guy from “hooked from being dumped” where he always had poker face for a reason

I kind of get it why Shin wanted Gren to be out of his life, but it’s such a bad decision really for Shin to let him go just like that. Part of me even think he’s being selfish and hypocrite for doing what he did. But I get it. He can’t even do anything himself if he’s facing with the hotel dude or the mafia thing without Jake backing him up.
It’s just sad to see the author chose this path for them. I wish they would get better in the future, but I doubtful it’s going to happen.

I like how the author put it, it shows reality. Gren is the one who was being selfish, he was in the worst possible situation, being chased by two gangs, with drug problems, he was even saved by the police because of Shin's request to Jake . Gren going back to Shin instead of escaping put both of them in danger, and he wanted Shin to give up everything he had achieved to run away with him. Gren, despite always wanting to meet Shin again, made the worst possible choices and was irresponsible. It seemed like he was still a child, and that all responsibility for taking care of him was Shin's, and that is very unfair to Shin

Yeah, I agree with all the things you said. Part of hate how Shin handled it, but another part of it I get it why he did that, got trauma for having such a fucked up family, and you’re facing the same fucked up situation. And it’s such a messy situation for both of them when Gren knowing Shin as his only family left, feeling betrayed because Shin chose the new guy over him. But like Shin didn’t elaborate further and made this misunderstanding easy to guess. I wish Gren wouldn’t do anything stupid after that.
BRO THIS SHIT GETTING SERIOUS NOW
