I love heechan so much!!!! He’s such an unpredictable character overall. It’s been 36 chapters, by then I was always wondering when him and ml interest starting to ‘fall in love’, but I’m really enjoying whatever Heechan does in his everyday life.
Ngl, the bickering, and the deadpanned expression form the ml interest, reminded me of the guy from “hooked from being dumped” where he always had poker face for a reason
I kind of get it why Shin wanted Gren to be out of his life, but it’s such a bad decision really for Shin to let him go just like that. Part of me even think he’s being selfish and hypocrite for doing what he did. But I get it. He can’t even do anything himself if he’s facing with the hotel dude or the mafia thing without Jake backing him up.
It’s just sad to see the author chose this path for them. I wish they would get better in the future, but I doubtful it’s going to happen.
I like how the author put it, it shows reality. Gren is the one who was being selfish, he was in the worst possible situation, being chased by two gangs, with drug problems, he was even saved by the police because of Shin's request to Jake . Gren going back to Shin instead of escaping put both of them in danger, and he wanted Shin to give up everything he had achieved to run away with him. Gren, despite always wanting to meet Shin again, made the worst possible choices and was irresponsible. It seemed like he was still a child, and that all responsibility for taking care of him was Shin's, and that is very unfair to Shin
Yeah, I agree with all the things you said. Part of hate how Shin handled it, but another part of it I get it why he did that, got trauma for having such a fucked up family, and you’re facing the same fucked up situation. And it’s such a messy situation for both of them when Gren knowing Shin as his only family left, feeling betrayed because Shin chose the new guy over him. But like Shin didn’t elaborate further and made this misunderstanding easy to guess. I wish Gren wouldn’t do anything stupid after that.

I kinda hope Gren gets free from his addiction and when everything is over he searchs Shin again

I mean this is like the very first couple where the two people literally have the fucking same level of stubbornness. Both having such strong personalities and added to their very “first relationship” that is so extreme I’m gonna say. One wanting to prove their love in their own way without bothering to explain a thing, and the other one keep denying his own feelings so hard that he got hurt in process.
But I think this is probably the reason why I keep coming back, just like one of the user pointed out. And I proudly to say they’re one of my favorite couple and story wise out here.
I don’t get it. So the mc is indeed the mask disease guy or is he just faking it?? Did he lost himself back then? From anime, I thought the mask guy just impersonating him?
I really can't spoil anything because to say his identity (white masked calamity) would be a HUGE spoiler and would just ruin future story climax immensely. I just don't recommend spoiling urself, seriously. My suggestion is read the novel (highly recommend it is so good)
When you all wanting the BL tags between the two main character, I am glad the author decided not to. It’s the best decision really. With how we know about Nayuki’s past, I would never give this story full stars if the author decided to make Vasik became his love interest. My respect for him would be crushing to ground if that happened.
What Nayuki needed for now not Prince Charming saving him from the dark places, but what he needed is a bright light that outstanding the sun to make him see what’s he capable of to reach his own goals.
I have this love-hate connection with age gap, some stories is okay, some just being nasty no matter how much people love that story. BUT, if we’re talking about romance, the Canada boy is good candidate.
So, do the man and his girl get together at the end?? And did they share the same past as in their past connected with the man’s dad? She’s a walking sus, she gave me this weird goosebumps every time she appeared that nicely.
