I don't know who's name that is but if u r talking about the serial killer who is aqua's father it was revealed in some chs back when aqua learned from the director that his (the spectacle famous actor's) father had died even before ai became pregnant.

Akane found out. Aqua revealed he knew when he stopped her from a silly murder attempt. Aqua most likely figure it out by spying on Akane

Hikaru Kamiki (Ruby and Aqua's father- Current age 33)

First appears at the end of chapter 72 when Ruby is leaving after visiting Ai's grave. He can be seen in a long coat and black hat with a bouquet in hand and says the words "Hoshino Ruby, you've grown into a beautiful woman. But of course. Since she's our kid" while standing in front of Ai's tombstone.

He then makes a brief appearance (long hair with round glasses) in chapter 96 when Akane attends an award show. When walking backstage with her manager she passes by someone who she thought looked identical to Aqua (she even mistook him for Aqua briefly). This same person sent Akane white roses as congratulations for her award. When she inquired about it, she was told he was an exceptionally talented actor with deceptive eyes who now had his own agency and was considered one of Lala Lai theatre company's best actors/graduates. Akane was then encouraged to look into and learn from his old videos. After seeing his younger self, she was shocked by the high degree of resemblance between him and Aqua and started to piece things together.
-Ai participated in the Lala Lai troop before she got pregnant
-Taiki and Aqua share a father and Airi Himekawa (Taiki's mom) belonged to Lala Lai troop
-Ai's acting style is very similar to Hikaru's- meaning Ai likely learned directly from him. However, no one has ever mentioned anything (implying it was a secret)
-Ai's stalker who stabbed her to death brought her white roses (Hikaru is known for sending people only white roses)
-this is when we first learn his name Hikaru Kamiki


In chapter 97 Akane digs more into Hikaru Kamiki and his background and builds a profile on him.

-And that he was 15 at the time of Ai's pregnancy
This also means that when he orchestrated Ari and Ai's murders (and Gorou), he was underage. Meaning that he could escape persecution (or be given an extremely lighter sentence) from the legal system because he was a minor at the time.

In chapter 98 Aqua learns who his father is from Akane.

In chapter 109 he makes his 1st big appearance where we see his face clearly. This is when he's at the bar with Yura Katayose a popular well-known actress ("the country's greatest actress"). In this chapter, he drinks with her and keeps her company until she decides to leave. When leaving she mentions that she was planning a trip to go see the mountains by herself. Cut to him having clearly pushed her down the mountain, standing over her. As she takes her last breath, he monologues about having taken the life of a talented actress (this monologue demonstrates his serialistic killer behaviour towards actresses) and shows his enjoyment for taking the life of another "Ah...I took your precious life. My life...I can feel it's weight now."
