MC is kind of dumb. I get that he likes Jurgen and he's breaking up with him because he doesn't want to get him involved and because he's dangerously distracting, but agreeing to stay the week with him?? My dude, where did your logic go? How would that make the break up any easier, and make Jurgen less distracting?
Idk, I just don't think the MC is very smart. And it's a little hard to be convinced of his love for him when 90% of the interaction has been banging and he even states at the start they're not really "dating"
Also Jurgen 100% knows more than he's letting on and is probably involved in the industry, probably on the enemy side imo.
Well, I think that Jurgen has magic. I think he's a sorcerer and the grand master or whatever (the boss of the templar or the chechnyens). There was some sparkly blue stuff around Jurgen when he asked the MC to stay with him. I think there was sparkly stuff around him when they first met as well. Jurgen knows who the MC is and from what I can tell, he is manipulating him with magic and purposely chose to pursue the MC.
I genuinely hope this is what is happening, it would be a good twist, it would explain a lot, and make me like the mc again.
was this chapter in very low quality for anyone else? It was thankfully still readable but I wouldn't be able to read every chapter like this, it really hurts the eyes

every time our Medea and Psyche level up, so does the final boss. As much as I want to see him brought down, it'll be all the more exciting and satisfying if he's still a worthy opponent.
I think he's catching on- not that Psyche and Medea can switch bodies - but that he's missing something big and being played instead in some way.
I love this series, I wish there was more like it. Its so refreshing to have characters who are not just naive, dumb, generic shoujo protagonists.
Dont get me wrong, the pace is pretty fast and I can understand the frustration with that. The miscommunication element is frustrating too.
But I'm really glad we FINALLY got a ML with genuine flaws. 99% of the time, the big bad ~merciless~ male lead is always too kind and instantly cares for the FL. At least this time we have a character working through his feelings and confronting his flaws, trauma and what he's done. He's a genuinely bad, TYRANT EMPEROR. Seriously guys, its in the name...
There's so many sappy generic healthy relationship series out there, let some of us have darker ones. Not everything needs to be wholesome uwu perfect romance.
I want the mc back in "Veronica" form, she's so boring as the meek plain jane. I came here to read about a badass, this painting arc is overstaying its welcome imo

its cute but a little frustrating to read. I know it seems strange but considering how she acts and the ML's suspicions, he should have just been like "fly around in a circle 3 times and squawk if you understand" or something. I know she's a ~bird~ so it might seem silly at first, but there's literally nothing to lose by just confirming.
I like that the mc is not just some nice goody two shoes, he's pretty morally grey and self serving - its a breath of fresh air.
I wonder though - if End retained his memories, he probably retained his soul too, maybe he'll absorb his master instead and gain all the powers.
I wonder what he'll do from then on. I can't wait to read more :)

Although I've been suspicious from the start that the bf was not ordinary, and I still think he's wrapped up in this somehow, but part of me wonders if the author is leading us by the nose, knowing that we'll think this. A red herring perhaps, that it seems so obvious he's he's from one of the organizations.
well this at least makes a lot more sense now that the chapter's translation has been fixed. I sort of feel bad for her, I wouldn't say I ever hated her anyway, but I'll wait until we see more before I decide if I like her or not.
