Ok, 1) Osiris basically artificially inseminated Seths wife, they didn't asctually have physical sex. She was in distress because she considered that cheating because neither Isis or Seth knew.
3) Anubis is biologically Osiris's son, but Seth fathered him.
As for the others, I'm confused as well
1. she was in love with osiris and so she felt guilty to seth cause she cheated on him. this caused seth to be the person he is now and so nephthys feels it is partly her fault that egypt and its inhabitants suffered
2. love takes on different forms. personally i believe osiris did love seth. i mean I'm pretty sure seth was one hell of a god before he found out his brother banged his wife. but his feelings became too dangerous when he couldn't be satisfied with their "brotherly relationship". so yeah, osiris loved seth. but it was a very toxic and selfish love that only benefited him
3. anubis is osiris's son. cause, yeah, osiris slept with nephthys who is seth's wife
4. osiris was killed by seth so he became the god of the underworld. we saw in the first chapters that he appeared in the land of the living but that was because osiris was able to possess his son - anubis - and use his body to temporarily be in the land of the living. but he's supposed to stay in the underworld
3) oh but if he is dead, why does he have a heart when its on the scale of judgement? This was pointed out by Ra but nobody listened to her because of Isis's interuptions. I personally don't think he is dead only his physical form is decayed and still alive (spiritually).
But if his physical form is dead, then he wouldn't have a physical heart (i think its Anubis's) and that is why Maat's scale didn't tilt. Because its not his heart. And still, Osiris still took precautions and tell only half the truth of what had happened.

That is why at the latest chapter, Roxanna felt relieved because Jeremy did not "love at first sight" at the novel FL, preventing any reason to kidnap the FL.
