SOOOO i shampoo ofc (sometimes twice depending) and then condition, wash the conditioner off and then after shower if i want my curls defined i put on a curling mousse and scrunch it up with my hair dryer on low heat etc. etc. i do use a hair oil and treatment + leave in conditioner some days but like u said it weighs my hair down so i skip it on d......

How do you guys read?
I use my iPad Pro with the Magic Keyboard so the keyboard just kinda rests on my chest while lie down and scroll it’s v comfortable 100% recommend

tip that no one has specifically mentioned yet is PSYLLIUM HUSK it helps u poop regularly and the gays use it all the time yuppp. Would say it won’t work immediately but within a few days you’ll be feeling much better if not a bit gassy but that goes away in time.
