What more could you be asking for Jiho to do? Reminder, I hated what he did too, but here he is, quitting the job that he loves to make up what he has done to Inwoo. Read the comments saying "oh all he needs to do is to quit his job to make up, that's it?" That's such a shallow take on the whole situation.
You don't understand that it takes a lot of dedication to quit the job that YOU love, that you have been building by your own hardwork (like what Jiho did). But he did it anyway to have a lot of time to show how much he loves and cares for Inwoo, he showed Inwoo in ACTION, that he is important enough for him to quit his job for, and he'd love to spend his whole day, whole week, whole month with him.
He wakes him up early to get breakfast, making sure he ate at least twice a day, on the way to thrice. Taking him out to get fresh air, showing him how much he and people loves his work, staying by his side from morning until the next morning. Showering him with love words, praises, hugs, kisses, making sure Inwoo knows he loves him and that he is not alone, to get him out of his depression and loneliness state.
And you guys still cannot forgive him. That's why at the beginning I said "it was apparent that you guys either never be in a long lasting relationship, or probably never been in one at all." Because long lasting relationship will definitely comes with apology and forgiveness, they made mistake and hurt one another unconsciously, but they still wanted to make it work because they love each other, how? By apologizing, forgiving, and showing how they change for the sake of their love.
It's not like Jiho did something unforgiveable like cheating. Tell me, exactly what else do you want Jiho to do? To grovel by Inwoo's feet, apologizing in tears and thousands of words? Or what?

Well, personally I really like the MC is made to be lucky charm instead of the typical cunning and clever lady trope. It made SO MUCH MORE SENSE. Like she is literally a girl that just transmigrated to some unknown world... it would be so weird to know everything all at once, or suddenly becoming very good at everything, since she didn't seem to harbor any memories from the previous elena.
Also at first I thought the ML is the usual overbearing MC but turns out he is like that because he has seen the worst of the world and thay he has been trying so hard to save the world he cherishes. The picture of his desperation both in the past and when elena was sick made his character to be so much deeper than I thought.
And the oberall plot is actually very solid??? Like everything from the beginning to the recent chapter aligns very nicely. Plus the comedy approach to support Elena's easygoing and carefree yet adorable character is also very nice. Plus I really like that the characters love has a background and journey to it. Like even though it is true that the ML has this intuition about MC since the beginning, it's not like he suddenly fell in love with her.
The way Elena was drawn to always fail at finding romance and that her speculation about her potential(?) Bf also made her pushing the ML SO MUCH SENSE. LIKE, I would be telling myself not to get ahead with myself too if I were her and the other party is a person like the ML lol.
I WISH I CAN RAISE THE RATING OF THIS MANHWA.
I just found this manhwa and bunge reading it. The story was cute and the members are being spotlighter well. But is it just me or the art really does change... and not in a better way...?
I really love how the author is very good at potraying feminism. Nowadays, feminism is potrayed as an alpha woman who wants to be better than men, and that they can live by themselves. But it was simply not the true feminism is. Meanwhile here, they showed the different path women could take.
The first daughter, while she is poised and clever, has the ambition to be married to someone that can support the family. She doesn't have a specific dream aside from marrying with someone good/she loves like the second child who is very passionate at becoming a painter. Next is the third child who is very pretty but very uninterested in romance at all. While their mother, mildred is a single typical mother that does the housechores but at the same time trying her best to provide their family on her own now that the husband will never return. Another case is that girl who wanted to become a doctor and iris that promised to make a way to let her learn medication.
They're all has different ambition, different perspectives in how they wanted their life to be. This is, in my opinion, is very realistic on how women feels. Mildred never brings down her children's wants nor passion, and let them do whatever they want while still ensuring them to prepare for the times they somehow get married is also a very realistic parent behavior especially in that timeline. It was to let them know that both pursuing dreams and marrying are NOT a bad thing. Both are something a woman can and is allowed to do. Neither side is bad, whether its to marry someone or to pursue dreams. Also as a parent it was normal for her to warn her children that way. It was very necessary to make a back up plans for them to survive in the future.
Truly a masterpiece imho.
The true main character of this manhwa is the system... it's just a cheat, even though he did read the script numerous time... it just seems too easy and I cannot see any progression that will happen in the future. Everything just progressed too fast. He is too lucky, while still being oblivious...
It's an interesting read to fill ur time but I don't think it's a manhwa I'm going to eagerly wait for every week.

I never understand why a 7 years gap is such an issue?? Like it will if the girl was below 16, but the girl is "technically" an adult, and they're only a betrothed atp, not yet married.
