I think author is not planning to make nanjo break the deal and leave until seme is completely aware of his feelings. Coz only then would the chasing arc make sense and feel real. Now if nanjo loses interest in twinky then he would also stop sleeping with mohwa but then nanjo also need to continue being with twinky for mohwa to have a chance with nanjo. In both cases mohwa is in a disadvantaged position, in both scenarios there's no way nanjo would fall for him naturally. Twinky will always be the centre point and mohwa has already started realising a sense of jealousy. He wants nanjo to look at him and for that twinky needs to leave, but if twinky left then nanjo wont have any reason to see mohwa. Mohwa is fucked from every angle lmao.
