Oh hun it is definitely like this. And I know folks act like this on purpose to get a rise out of people. As someone that used to work retail I ran across the rudest customers. Dealt with people who got mad at me when I caught THEM stealing. I went off on that person once. I stopped working retail last year and I haven't looked back since. Less stress on my shoulders
They 100% do exist and it's so exhausting because you can never tell them off

Honestly after reading these spoilers I’m in shock.
so — she takes poison from empress dowager that was in the necklace she gave her, but it doesn’t really kill her, instead it makes her into a state like death, and miraculously comes back after a little while. However, as a “consequence” of the poison is that she reverts to the mind of a child (when she was 9, so she likes ML again).
She’s pregnant (shitty ML fed her antidote without telling her).
Through this ALL He acts like everything is okay and relishes in her “loving” him again.
During the second war, he takes her with him (fl memories are back by now??) and runs away from camp with their kid.
Lives away for a while and raises their child (confused if he finds her and lets her stay away for a while? How much time passes?)
Then he’s overthrown or something (How does FL become empress and him still be the emperor in the end then?)
They end up together with him like a dog to her and everyone finds them to be a joke. They pretend to be normal in front of their kid but are freaks with each other. It’s like they are each other’s hell (love/hate or they are all the other’s ever known).
