This in no regards is undermining the artist in any form whatsoever I'm really glad this has such pretty illustrations but isn't cayena hair and appearance that of resemblance of the emperor? I read the part in the novel that even tho rezef is her half brother they do not resemble each other that much because cayena has platinum blonde hair like the emperor and rezef has blonde. It also mentioned she looks similar to the youngest son and he looks more like her brother than rezef ( I won't mention the reasons because that will account as spoilers). But here in the manhwa she doesn't resemble the emperor or the youngest and even have completely different hair colours but resembles rezef more in both hair and eyes.
Cayena actually has blond hair in the novel as well which often gets described as “lemon coloured hair”. I agree with the fact that they should have made her resemblance with the emperor more obvious however the novel is a bit inconsistent with who she really resembles. I guess it depended on the person describing her. According to the emperor her beauty (appearance) is mostly from the empress except her blue eyes while according to rezef the resemblance between the youngest prince and cayena was undeniable and he also mentions the youngest prince was a carbon copy of the emperor with silver hair like him aswell.
If I'm not mistaken, when the Emperor said Cayena resemble the Empress, it's not about Cayena appearance but her behavior, that's why the Emperor hate her.
