It was a really smart move to use 3 digits of even numbers as they are not really on the best part, what could have maximized this would have been use of 4 instead of 2, because in Chinese numerology, 4 uses the same letters as death that is shí so the overall horror aspect would have kicked in more.
The pacing was awfully fast because in 2-3 weeks they just naturally fell in love??? Like i cam understand for Heesoo because he is gay and Yihyun? Is kind of his type by looking at Taeyung but bro Yihyun was straight before so he was way to fast to adapt to liking a guy, I feel like that should have been talked about a bit more that he wasnt entirely straught and actually was a bi?
I like Taeyung he is hot and complex. He actually fits the bill of "Stressed, depressed but still the well-dressed" I hoped we could have seen more of him and whether or not he could have rebirth or not because he kinda fucked up due to his lingering attachments in the last part. What i like about him is he was morally grey, like not just a proper green flag, he was more complicated. His death scene was cruel and so uncomfortable to read because urgh if this happened irl i would be highk scared/hj nd srs. Since Heesoo is dumb (trusted a guy way too easily and dawg was drugged so easily too, had to give money to a guy because he will leak him being gay- in short Gary Stu character archetype) He must have to be on his guard all the times because of Heesoo's kind and forgiving nature, pretty sure he was lowk mentally exhausted too, plus him being the possessive jealousy incarnate didnt helped him out either. Argh i love him so much tho- but my feelings aside, i hope in next life, Taeyung and Heesoo stay together and Heesoo should have a character development where he is actually street smart and beats the shit out of ppl
Overall it was good. 53 chaps were a bit short to give characters more depth but it was good and the artist lowk is a genius and should try more horror related stories.
