Miyai's back story just reminds me again of how different Japan "culture" is compared to the one from where I live. I remember being confused as a high-schooler reading echi mangas for the first time:
"Why is everyone making fun of the virgin protagonist? Aren't they also high school students? Are all of the protagonist classmates not a virgin anymore?"
And then there's that occasional insult(?) of characters being too pure for not having their first kiss yet even though they are already in high school, and characters experiencing their first love in kindergarten, I was like, "What? Isn’t that too early?" But then, things were turned out to be much, much worse in h***ai...
I'm not saying that this represents Japan as a whole, but the fact that this kind of relationship exists in a lot of Japanese fiction, then there must be truth that inspired it. It's just sad...
the truth is the sexualization of minors and children is normalized in japanese media. and they will do anything to justify it. like, the loli is 1000 years old so it's ok. or in this case all of the cast and his mother supports it and he's in control cause he's the top so it's ok that he is a child dating an adult.
its a shame. i can draw the line for myself cause i know its fiction but we all know it affects society in the greater scheme...
this was so icky. i hope they dont ever reconnect and they stop romanticizing the grooming.
True, I'm really glad I acquired this skill of turning most of my brain off while reading fiction. That way, I can draw the line and calm myself a bit by saying "it's just fiction" every time a story upset me.
In Miyai's case, as much as I want him to get a new love, I doubt it's gonna happen seeing how the author spent 3 long-ass chapters to introduce his ex. Most likely, they will reconnect through helping the main couple up in the next arc.
I'm so, very sorry for this super late reply!!!
Somehow I can not reply to my own topic, so I'm replying to you like this...
The missing pages is of chapter 6.5, the part that has the number of 1.5 at the title page, that starts with the scene of Rihito doing check up at the clinic.
I saw someone post the whole raw chapter on b***to, but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to share the link here since it's not my own...
You are very welcome! And thank you for your hard work!
I think this manga is one of the best omegaverse I've read in a while. The beginning was as messy as most of them, but I'm happy to see the main couple tried hard to communicate with each other. Shiro is definitely on the right track to become the sweetest alpha for Rihito!
Thank you so much to NightOwl26 and Nymex for continuing this manga!
I'm sorry if this is wrong of me to say this, but the extra chapter is missing a lot of pages... and I think the missing page is the most important part of the chapter, I hope NightOwl26 see this and, if possible, fix the chapter, since I want to understand Rihito's and Shirou's conversation that lead to Rihito finally being open about his gender.
Once again, thank you so much for continuing for this manga!
Sooo..... From the recent dream the FL had, she use to be someone lived in that world. She lived a horrible life until she met someone who look like ML, which I believe to be the twin older brother god. They became very closed and maybe had already became lovers. Because of this, the younger twin sister goddess was jealous and killed the FL, and the fight between the creator gods which mentioned in legend, began. It said that the siblings got into deep slumber, but I think there's a possibility that they both died as a god and reborn as human and lost their memories. Meanwhile, the FL got reincarnated as a human female in a different world until she came back to the magical world. As to why she reincarnated on Earth before, that maybe the older twin brother god's doing.
That's it! It's just some wild imagination that suddenly came though.
It's new and interesting but I'm scared about the drama and angst that would come...
Being the first omega in a world where there isn't any medicine or suppressant yet, the possibility of his heat awakening other possible alpha around him, and being pregnant after the confusion... I hope the story doesn't sink that far... ┗( T﹏T )┛

I have such mixed feelings about this manga... Don't get me wrong, it was a beautiful take on the origin of the omegaverse, and it was superb to reference it to Genesis. But, somehow, I just can't calm down when reading, I feel so restless, like I just can't help but feel anxious that the worst will happen in the next panel, lol.
I can see the plot in this manga has the potential to grow so big that it will involve the whole world in that universe. Like, what if Shikito becomes the first researcher to successfully develop the suppressant for omega's heat and alpha's rut as a result of his desperate effort to protect Ririto... Shikito will take the world stage, while Ririto will be so anxious and depressed bc he feels unworthy of being Shikito's lover... Oh, how I hope the angst plot of miscarriage never touches this manga...
I get the feeling because this is technically a sort of "the origin" of omegaverse so it is bound to expound to a sort of the omegaverse we know now. I do think that the author will not touch upon it since that is probably YEARS into the future of the current setting. I mean, they still have a lot to figure out. They only started with scents and heats, physical changes like the ML being more athletic, the "there's another wolf inside me" voice. There are a lot of questions. Are there knots here? Are there imprints? etc. Would the story even manage to be able to leap there knowing that these are only highschool boys and the other kid just happened to be great at science?
I mean, I already love how they touch upon a little on the ethical implications of the heat and alpha's territorial instinct. They also touched upon the possible hints of discrimination those with second gender would face. But it is still in its infancy state and the story hints at that. This will be a big change to the world. How would the law and the society change based on this transformations in the human body?
Yes, that’s what I love about this manga, too. I hardly find any other omegaverse BL that touch its ethical implications, possible discrimination, and how the birth of people with ABO characteristics will impact the law of their world as much as this manga does. But it is precisely also these things that made me think what I previously said in my post. I feel this is the kind of world building needed for a grand plot involving their world. Well, I might just be overthinking.( ̄∇ ̄")
Oh, also, do forgive me if there are something unpleasant about my post. My knowledge about the omegaverse is limited to the Japanese BL's adaptation of it, so I'm sure there's something that doesn't make sense. ╥﹏╥
