I don’t want her to die but I would understand if she did . I mean it wasn’t her body to begin with so at some point she would have to return it. This is the first story about “future transfers” that actually did a great job at explaining what happened to the other person who had the “borrowed” body . You get to understand both souls n their life and I even started to like each(solwa n Ellin). Props to the author
Exactly normally they'll just keep the body. Then assume that the other person soul is in their body. Or that the real owner of the body is dead and same with their original body.

However the other argument is that Solhwa gave up the right to her body when she killed herself- I honestly don't think she has any right to take her body back after she's killed herself, thats kinda a final decision, its only now that shes seen life from Ellins perspective that she realised that she wants to keep living
and although its tragic Solwha made her final decision, she shouldnt get a second chance because she wanted her death

I see nuh right or wrong here. They both had a chance to a second choice. Ellin had her second chance earlier in the story and now solwa have hers. Even if she had given up her life before she now wants that same chance to live. My thoughts.
Ellin was in accident, coming to Solhwa's body is out of her control, she's given a second life to a second-hand body because Solhwa's dead. I understand Solhwa's selfishness to live but her self-righteous reason that she deserve it and Ellin don't is a big no.
Solhwa had comitted suicide, gave up her life and body when her heart was broken and her life was caged.
Whops I'm not done. Continuing.. Only now that Ellin has solve Solhwa's problem, endure the heartbreak too, and suffering to getting chased out to a deserted island alone and withstand it, NOW when the situation is better Solhwa wants her life and body back. Ellin succesfully pull the silver haired guy to her side and NOW Solhwa wants to take over fruits of Ellin's effort and be together with silver haired guy again.
Her actions and decisions has consequences, Solhwa's always docile & follow all her lover's arragement and when it hurts too much she simply gave it all up. She let go of herself, her love, family, etc.
Ellin shows up not when Solhwa's situation is the best but actually at her worst but Ellin didn't let herself be dragged, not even when her lover told her so, she put her life on line to endure while fighting back.
That's why for me after Solhwa died, Ellin is the one that has a complete right over Solhwa's body. And Sol's soul not going to the afterlife is like a bug.
If Ellin didn't show up and Solhwa didn't commit suicide, it's not hard to see that Solhwa will probably die soon anyway. Though we all probably understand why Solhwa acted like that, how vicious and selfish a jealous person could be.
