I read this at first, then dropped it for a bit. We’re reaching 70 chapters now and it’s still the same old bullshit. I don’t think I can deal with this. It’s too damn dramatic for no reason.
Their lives shouldn’t be THAT hard. They’re just making things hard for themselves and hurting other people along the way. The brothers deserve each other, better to keep that toxicity amongst themselves.
They’re both so unreasonable, dramatic, and toxic. They’re a perfect match. I’ll just wait til it’s done and just skim through the ending.
There are many things I like about this, but the characters are all so unbearable and the story’s just dragging at this point.

Was the seme seriously acting like the uke was the one with issues when he was clearly treating him like shit the whole time? Also, did the Dad seriously argue that he allowed his son to be in the student council like it was some selfish request from the uke’s behalf? I guess at least he didn’t say that the uke should be grateful because he allowed him to go to school.
One of his Dad’s athletes literally used him as a cum rug, and all the other ones treat him like shit. And still they all have the nerve to act like he’s the unreasonable one.
The seme and the other athletes are assholes, and the Dad’s borderline abusive. At least the uke has a likeable personality even if he’s such a pushover.

Onodera’s just being stubborn for the sake of being stubborn at this point. If this was real life, he’d just be way too much to handle. He’s needy and always expects his partner to figure out what he wants without really putting in the same amount of effort into the relationship. Half the time, he doesn’t even really care if he hurts Takano. Seriously, his past experience can’t even begin to justify his current behaviour. Right now, he’s just looking like an asshole that’s stringing a person who desperately loves him along.
How their current status is somehow better in his head is simply beyond me. I really liked this manga at the beginning, but it’s just dragging and becoming nonsensical, much like Super Lovers.

Uuuggghhh. This one really frustrated me because it isn’t horrible by any means, far from it actually, but reading it was too frustrating. If it was bad, I would’ve just dropped it but noooooo, I couldn’t help but finish it.
When the seme rejected the uke’s kiss..... oh hell no! I swear I screamed a little. And then I found out it took the seme one whole year to settle things with the marriage interview. If I were the uke, I legit would have dumped his ass if he wasn’t back after a month at the most. Also, how he was able to accept the seme not touching him and avoiding intimacy for that long. It’s a miracle that his self esteem didn’t just evaporate into nothing.
It’s clear the seme loves the uke, but he’s definitely not a good lover that’s for sure.

I agree with you about their relationship, for example I DEFINITELY would have actively tried to move on in the year the seme was gone, if I were Akira. But that's part of why I like it - I could say the same as your last sentence about most of my friends' significant others (and definitely some of my past SOs)! It makes it more realistic for me, that feeling from the outside looking in of "I can't really understand why you like them so much, they have major, major flaws!!!"

I'm with you. That whole year thing seriously DID NOT sit well with me. I'd have moved on, myself. There was NO reason it should have taken a YEAR to tell his parents no. Bullshit. And why didn't he tell Akira that before he just up and left?
Ugh. Now i'm getting mad and want to cry. Maybe it's time for bed. (It is almost 2am...)
Yeah I get they’re both lacking in the communications department, but the uke is still such an asshole though. He treats the seme like shit, and that’s just not how you treat people.
He has a pretty nasty and bitchy attitude, and it’s just a huge turn off for me.
