It's not easy for Gain because they're both young. Wanting kids and having kids are different things. Gain worries because he's the President of the company and a lot is expected from him for a long time but despite that, he still has his future figured out. Meanwhile, Hyeon Oh is still in college and his life hasn't even started, he's very ideal and passionate but the real world is just different. He wants to have a family but he still hasn't secured his future.
I think what's wrong here is that Gain is keeping it a secret from Hyeon Oh. Knowing that Hyeon Oh will very be against him having plans to abort the child, he still must talk to him and find a common ground of understanding. Keeping it from him will always result to a lot of misunderstandings especially it's not just his child he's planning to abort.
Nonetheless, Gain will obviously deliver the kid in the end that's for sure.
That’s what I like about Gain. He’s realistic. Gain knows it’s not the right time to have children. I love when he said that adults have a duty to take good care of children. It’s a big commitment to become a parent. You’re now responsible for someone else’s life. If you aren’t ready to take such responsibility, it’s better to not bring them to life. Whatever decision he make, I hope he talk it out with Hyeon.
