Ok I think I've digested the plot somehow(till chp7 spoilers I guess not that anything big happened in 7 chapters)

This is what I think it's happening please correct me if not.

Mc is a martial in a demonic sect but low in rank
Suddenly he got promoted to the shadow guards that serve the Leader(love interest I think) because of the the main disciples under the leader wants to tail and know the whereabouts of mr. Demonic leader (for reasons unknown) mc doesn't have much of a choice since is neck in the line
Somehow demonic leader thought that mc that clearly is too weak to be a shadow guard was a bed/bath/sex servant sent by one of his main disciples
They almost do the did in the bath (against the will of a shocked mc) but the disciples walk on them interrupting
Demonic leader looks somewhat pissed by having a tail and mc doesn't seem to have a purpose

Because they are creeps

Why would he be tho?

He is chained and can only go to the bathroom when the boss takes him constipation is one of the side effects of holding it in and urinary infection too after all he's holding both pee and poop

He has 3 times in the day in which he has the opportunity to go to the bathroom, so I would say he would be fine, people normally poop once or twice a day and the minimum that he should pee is 3 times a day to be healthy so I don't think he would be constipated, maybe he would be constipated due to stress tho?

Yeah I mean I lost count of how long he has been captive but it would take a week for his brain to adjust to bathroom time

I must say, i was in a mountain hiking camp for 6 days and 5 nights. Totally embrace the nature and even the "toilet" was sponsored by nature. Some of us was veryyyyy reluctant to go number 2 and one even waited for the whole six days to do the business down the mountain. So to answer the question. I belive that food plays a role. The mc ate only soup or porridge that is less in msg or protein. That helps a lot i think, cuz on the mountain, we ate tasteless food (even uncooked rice) but so far, our stomach was a okay.

well in her first life, she most likely followed in her father's footsteps which led her to death so of course when her second life began she had to make different decisions in order to guarantee a different outcome.
