Some psychological mangas/manhwas/manhuas are entertaining and very good created, but using the same formula over and over again (and also romanticizing it) is kind of annoying to me at times. I think you missed the part at the end of chapter 21 where she says, "but I've never had a proper love experience before". Just because she's an accomplished and successful woman in her work does not mean that she's like that in everything else she does. Just because someone has been in multiple relationships before does not mean that they know what to do or how to handle them. It could be a reason on why they have been in multiple relationships.
