Matsuzaka? That's where, imo, it gets more gray. Yes, he almost accidentally raped him, but it was entirely because he thought he had consent because: some communication misunderstandings, the closet full of sex toys with his pictures close by and because he became more sexually aware of Takeru during their sex scene (it shows him blush and then give a creepy horny look). All of that paired with that he was drunk off his ass from having drank Takeru's portion of alcohol *immediately following* getting horny during the scene as the party was after their sex scene. Earlier Takeru wasn't paying attention and accidentally gave what looked like a positive response to Matsuzaka when he told Takeru that he had realized Takeru's feelings for him after he left and had some conversations with some gay men over there. Of course, the reality was that Takeru wasn't paying attention and his thoughtless auto-responses weren't intended to make Matsuzaka think he is still in love with him, but it did. Then we have the drinking night, Takeru lets him come over, so this guy thinks Takeru is in love with him and invited him over, queue the pictures and sex toys.
Would he have raped him, yeah. But on accident and while drunk. I don't think the IF matters though because we're looking at what DID happen and what did is that he didn't manage to go farther than putting a toy in his ass before he was stopped. That alone would suffice for Takeru to not forgive him, but he understands the situation and chooses to move on when Matsuzaka, now in his right mind, realizes what he did and apologizes "for the misunderstandings". He even says he didn't understand correctly.
