What his friend said is hard to digest, but considering that he may have tried other options that haven't worked, this could be the last method. That being said that is a high almost lethal dose of tough love. I don't like the guy and his method is crude but I'd rather my friend dig me out like this than watch me waste away, they on the outside looking in so they must see something I dont. Just saying.
