You can actually see some difference if you look at both chapter 1 and 37 at the same time, but if I should point some things ; there were more shades of color on the face before, like pinkish/redish on the nose and cheeks, the shape of the eyes were more finished and one of the most important; the hands are in 3D now before the author would draw them. But it's just a personnal opinion and taste of course, but I just realized it not long ago (=・ω・=)
