Idk if it's the same but after reading so much Isekai and yaoi where the dilfs are all muscular and look young, so I forgot about the real dilfs. This is one of the mangas I've read to amplify this notion. So I suggest you see the dilfs tag and look for the different kinds. This Ojisan isn't very appealing to me either except when he's in sexy mode but I think it's just cause it works so well with the uke.
