Why do i think that Cole Patrick (the one chasing Isaac and Isaac was hiding from) is actually Felix's grandfather ? Quite the nonsense but why indeed would isaac runaway from felix if the latter can protect him and benjamin safely? In other hand, Cole patrick seems to be of Military by his outfit,, and hes the one who ordered Felix assassination (event, in where unexpectedly, Isaac first heat came out of the blue.), so maybe he is higher military official and not related to Mafia/gang
I think Isaac run away from Felix to protect him, it was to prevent him from getting hurt since when they were in the shop together, Felix risked getting killed
Well I think that Cole Patrick is actually Isaac's stepfather, who is also a higher military official as you said, and likely ordered Isaac to kill Felix earlier. Because Isaac did not do that very important task, he is now on the run.

yes sort of, as it was explained that there was a mission (along or may not be, the one regarding felix assassination) which all people involved ”that mission” are killed except Isaac. Technically he should have been dead but that Military boss of him have some sort of obssession to him that kept him alive. I dont think that benjamin is known to his boss because he managed to keep his pregnancy & benjamin away from all of their eyes until Felix knew him and tracked him immediately that benjamin revealed to be Isaac's son. Must have been fate as usual to this plots, 'cause you know, he's benjamin's dad. That fate happens irl kinda often too, with that connections especially when blood is involved
