lol. After 4th round,, the grading system is like a biased mandatory route that would fail everytime the hero didnt go the way they want him to be/to do., The hero's character is indeed logical and indeed heartless,, he is logical in terms of knowing he is kidnapped, and did all sorts of thing as a hero with a goal in mind to go back to earth,, the only heartless/evil thing he did was killing his comrades and random people along,, which is probably the reason why he always fail. So the 1st try would have worked if he didnt kill his comrades,, his 4th try should have been able to work because he didnt kill anyone and finished the quest super fast.
I got a bit annoyed too since just for what reason does the graduate counsel push and pull his tests?? The 1st try, he lost many things especially time because he is unprepared. The second try, he solved the root of every problem, even the unknown/hidden causes of problems for the future. The third try, he watched the other hero go through what he experienced on first round, the ”right” route the judge/spectators/teacher expects him to do. The failure he have on 3rd round makes me think that the instructors/spectators or whoever counsel they are akin to sadists/tyrants/manipulators who would only let the hero go if he did what they exactly want to do and feel in his supposed adventured. The biggest problem of the hero is because he killed his comrades but they could just have made a rule of no innocent killing or he fails., or they could have given him a clear instruction with again, an inclusion of ”no killing” rule. If all this isekai challenge is because they wanted the hero to value/treasure life, love & friendship then i would agree with the hero that they shouldnt have kidnapped the hero in the first place to make him realize something forcefully. The system looked like they are controlling hero with puppet strings. If they leave the hero on his own devices to realize that on his own along with his own faults & achievements,, 4th try is really pushing it. 4th time, after all that repeat, i would surely pity and side with the hero from then on,, a kidnapped human, on his 4th time on a repeating challenge? dude no wonder he is mad, that madness, anxiety and frustration of being away from your homeland because he is taken away forcefully,, he dont understand what the fuck is the actual goal if not killing the demon in the end and getting back to earth.
The manhwa is fun tho, the hero's frustration is probably exhausted too. Im more interested in the introduced lore of ullulu and the defunct red sword,, who is that dead queen holding it, the connection to catfish head ulullu,, the traces of ancient glyphs record that is on the elf kingdom,, what the demon king knows,,and the demon king and elf queen love story lol., (because at the beginning, look like they were inlove tho? on 2nd try, and on 3rd try glimpse),, is it really isekai? after all it can be repeated ,, this seems to be a simulation of reality or a game that is controlled/experimented unto.

So he was about to reveal his true self at the future at the stake if Xiao yu's life?? but unfortunately, the machine exploded and xiao yi died? Is this why Ling chen wants to kill Ye zimu?? The last chapter explains that everything lingchen did is just to somewhat revive his auntie,, now in the middle of saving xiao yi,, Ling chen realizes things after talking to subconscious/imagination auntie.
Ling chen is about to stop fighting ye zimu and reveal himself, Save Xiao yi and who knows what more he would do when he's free from all of that. But then no, xiao yi died from the explosion and lead Ling chen continue hating/wanting to kill Ye zimu to that final fight they had where Ling chen died and got reincarnated/travelled back in time
real solhwa is back and first thing she saw is Jin dying protecting her.. since original solhwa was inlove with Jin imagine the pain,, and Kiha rescuing ellin but ellin is not there anymore and what he'll see is solhwa professing her love to Jin..
