I feel like the author gave up on developing Yuna. She's just there to get used as a hostage or narrate the fights. Even the twins get moments to shine lately.
it’s honestly kinda sad how she’s now used as a way for the author to drop exposition or a third party pov, when before she had her own narration outside of just witnessing and analyzing pedro. i think it’s bc she’s the the “brains” out of the trio, so the twins get to be more action-related while she gets all the mental narration that the author wants us to read
Youre probably right. It's lame because even then they're not showing her smarts cuz she's always doing dumb shit and should know better. It feels so long ago since we saw her little training arc, and it only helped her during one fight.
ikrrrr. and to ur original point as to how she never fights anymore, it's so frustrating bc the author doesn't pit her against opponents who are slightly above her skill level to show a challenging fight that produces growth (the way he does w the twins), he just sticks her to MC and his opponents when they're clearly out of her league, which makes her both useless and seemingly incompetent, which is more frustrating since she's clearly meant to be more "thoughtful" and "aware" than the twins. she can't even grow in these scenarios bc she's too far below the skill level to join any of the fights with MC, she can only do background support that doesn't prove or develop any of her skills.

While I do like the MC and the highlighting of disabilities, the writing is kinda...okay, and the art is so inconsistent between panels; sometimes characters have 6 fingers, sometimes 4, and usually all fingers are the same length, and the postures and proportions are wonky, especially for full-body shots.
With a little refinement and time, this probably could have developed into something really great, the groundwork is there. But I can't imagine paying for these chapters as-is
