The dad, the oldest brother and the younger brother...Uhhh, so, the father is probably a wacko/stressed out because of work/pressure/abuse and the oldest brother got his share of abuse/stress and then the younger brother has to suffer because of it. This is srsly an evil circle. God damnit, if the little brother just asked for help you could stop this evil circle. But for some reason he sees the treatment from his brother as love? Some kind of love anyway. Their cousin, I think it's their cousin, HE SHOULD CALL THE POLICE. If you care about them, help them in a way so nobody will get emotionally or physically hurt, for fucks sake. No, it's not normal to be happy about being hit by your own brother. Get him some help.
