Damn, beru getting kinda attractive in these recent chapters... I mean I'm just saying.
I can't take how cute and dumb he is. Also I'd like to point out how he never gets an initial reaction to crimes until people call it out and say it's a horrible or an evil deed. He's a legit sociopath, and he's friends with that girl because she's a big empath and helps him identify people who are evildoers. This can also be proven how he kills them through the way they've tortured people, because he knows what they did was bad (he doesn't actually know its bad he just believes it is because other people say so) so he’s doing it to them too. He believes that doing this is good because, hey, they're being put into "justice". Which I can say, yeah, they deserve hell. But if we look at it in a real life view, he's evil as fuck (obviously) . He can't tell from good and bad and is only following what others say, especially from the empathetic girl. This also shows how his other duality of being a somewhat innocent cinnamon roll of a man he is, just really matches his inability to understand wrong and right. Love how the author really shows this with how he didn't care about the homeless man until the girl said it was a horrible act. I can't believe I only noticed this now, absolutely love it!
This Manga is such a wonderful read! Their trust and bond with each other is impeccable, they're literal soul mates! It's so wholesome and wonderful and I absolutely love their interactions! OK so I'm gonna state something that is purely from my belief. I understand their anger at how the world turned against them, but to take people's lives especially when they're innocent is uncalled for. Also the new hero or the hero of revenge, is becoming exactly what he hates, which I'm pretty sure he knows. I feel bad for them because they desperately saved people and had people from different worlds love and care for them, only to be monsters in the world they wanted to go back to. I think they're all on the grey with a light shade of black. Their backstory doesn't justify their actions but it makes us understand their anger and why they did what they did. I think I like how this shows that they are neither good nor bad, and that the world simply shaped them through the use of despair. I don't really think it's poorly executed if the authors point is to show people that villains aren't truly villains and heroes aren't truly heroes. Just people driven to a certain madness and extent. I like this it has potential!

Thus girl is such a Queen, she got a smart ass guy who had managed to keep the Lombardy family up even after their slow destruction for two years. That just shows how good he is, and how he's extremely intelligent for doing it secretly (he might have died if the crown prince found out since he's helping out the Lombardies) and she got that man to bow down to her while he asks to be one of her people. He's extremely intelligent for picking the right side, I WANT MORE
