Cant believe it’s been 3 yrs since I’ve read this, totally recommend this story, only thing I wish was that we got more scenes w the main couple and Ino and the father vampire dude, I rlly didn’t like their relationship at first but I honestly don’t know what changed my opinion on it. The mc was perfect in my opinion, the thought process, the way he handled his emotions, absolutely amazing. The depiction of his health was wonderful(not saying that him being miserable was amazing but the fact that it was accurately depicted that way is.). It’s been a while since I’ve seen a good story depict mental health. The mc was just so beautifully written I can’t stop thinking about it.
Now there’s one thing I hated. The ml….absolutely hated his dog water ass personality in the beginning like this mfer rlly didn’t gaf abt the mc in the beginning. Not only that but the only thing the dude cared abt was having him “in the grasp of my hands(insert nerd face),” stfu bitch. Like did the past activities and scandals not happen or what. Although their relationship was REALLY slow in the beginning, it also felt a bit rushed towards the end but it makes sense and I’m just happy the mc got a happy ending(although I do lowkey wish it had a tragic ending).

erm I feel like some ppl forget that the mc didn’t rlly have anyone growing up, therefore he was low/highkey dealing w his own issues.
I mean his mom wasn’t there for majority of his youth or currently, and there’s no signs of a father figure except for a housekeeper that probably isn’t that close to him either.
He’s never had anyone to be able to express himself to except for himself and now that he has someone for the first time it’s hard for him to quickly change in an instant. Imagine growing up for idk how old he is but years and expected to change within a few months?
ALSO (stay w me now) he has a damn heart problem thingy I forgot lowkey but he’s believed that his life won’t be long which also contributes to himself being reserved, in fear of dying any day.
And I think at the end, we clearly see that he wants to make a change and be able to express himself more.
