Yeah, I also keep reading Killing Stalking because I am also interested with Sangwoo's character. I am curious to know how the author is trying to interpret his characterization. I think Sangwoo being nice is just his way to blend in the society, after all he is a pro-social. Not all psychopaths are a serial killer, as well as not all neurotypicals are a serial killer too.
Though, I believe that Sangwoo is more as a high-functioning sociopath.

yeah, I mean, i'm glad they're communicating and clearing up all the misconceptions and being honest, but it shouldn't be that quick and easy.
But the talk was so long, it was almost half the story (so far). And the huge misunderstanding came from something as simple as a glance. It would be annoying if it was overdramatic and the main character tried too hard not to listen. At that point it would be the main character's fault for any misunderstandings, not the family's.

You know what, I had to re-think if I was victim blaming Mitsuru in my comment at MRM (where we should really be reading this) but then I realized there's a faint difference with what is wrong with blaming the victim and not. Now, I don't know how the comment you were referring to was structured and I completely I agree that no rape victim deserved what was happened to them but the emotional and psychological torture he is going through, imo, is his fault.
