I find it interesting the king wants Ennid to develop a way to see your other half and it just so happens a powerful family from another kingdom cant sleep with anyone but their soulmate or they die. I wonder if the king is trying to gain favor with the Growe family. But ofc Glunn already hates the country for treating Ennid the way they did. So I think the king will never receive that potion and Glunn will definitely be able to protect Ennid from that king. If I was the ruler of a country and I knew that such a talented alchemist existed I would have realized how much of an advantage I have over other countries and snatched him up and treated him well before anyone else could. It’s such an oversight on the king’s part.
Also wtf is wrong with Trashabus, he hasn’t tried to contact Ennid for six years, and now that he sees him again he’s acting all possessive?? You had over six years to make him yours, boi!

The ending had me worried a bit since the Paladin asked our MC how he wants to be executed. But right before saying this, he asks him if he’s coming or not, giving the MC the choice to stay in the village or come with him. So obviously not going to punish him, Paladin Ariel is just a big tsundere

We’re at the end of Novel 1, at the last twenty or so pages around page 331/351 pages. Unfortunately no boombayah in the next chapter if the manga artist is following the story to a T. Joowhan goes back to his own room and he meets up with another celebrity character too (no sex, more mental health issues). And then there will be some filming/work stuff in beginning of novel 2. AND THEN on page 22 of novel 2 after work in his hotel room, Siyeon kisses Joowhan because he believes Joowhan wanted this. Joowhan is shocked, BUT he goes with it and they begin foreplay. Which goes on and on until page 80ish lol.
Ig you could say their naughty shenanigans begin on page 22 of novel 2 but the actual penetration happens almost sixty pages later
