i love this remake with my whole heart, but i recommend if u are (or was) manhwa only like me, read the novel. the flow of the story is genuinely so confusing without it

idk about the first manhwa adaptation, but the remake chapters leave off at chapter 8 in the novel! also id lowkey recommend looking up "sequence pathways explained lotm" bc it honestly makes way more sense with that (ik u eventually find all of that out but i got a bit impatient)
