So shes in the hospital and he shows up with like flowers and treats I think?? And I remember she throws one of the cakes in his face. The story is abt him taking care of her while her leg is injured and it turning into a romance. They both had dark hair and the girl had bangs I think. Also its a pretty old manga, I read a physical copy years ago, and it was in korean but idk if its originally korean, bc its in manga format
