I do like this story, even though I have no idea whether it's creepiness is an intentional feature or an unintended reading.
I don't like Derrick, but I can somehow forgive him the brainwashing, as it's apparent that Yvonne was particularly focused on him, not only manipulating his emotions, but also his reality.
What I CAN'T forgive however, is if he comes out of the fucking brainwashing, and wants to fuck his longtime stepsister, who he's barely ever treated as a person.

I don't think these side stories are in chronological order with the main story, which makes me think that author wanted to put them here, as it would be awkward to read them after whatever tragic ending awaits us :,((((
This story is phenomenal, but you need to completely turn off yaoi brain to appreciate it. If you think scenes of Takara alone are stalling for romantic moments, you won't like this. If you dislike Aki, because she had sex with Takara, this story just isn't for you. The story is fundamentally about their relationship, but you need to appreciate how that relationship affects them as individuals and their surroundings.

Genuinely amazing. The art is great, the story is great, I love the main character, tucking hell I even ship him with his romantic interest, which is a first for me. I love all of the side characters, they're all charming and I love his their life doesn't revolve around the mc. The balance of pathetic wet kitten failure and op dark and twisted powers is peak. His blushing face is peak. You get a full abs shot pretty early on. I need his mother to do unspeakable things to me. He cares about his mom and he's kind to others. Peak peak peak
