this is literally a nothing-burger. like literally 0 progression in anything. ml acting like he cares about mc after he kept physically, forcibly making him leave the house. ugh. 0 well written characters. if ur gonna make ur ml a yandere at least have the skills back it up to make ur audience like him. he just seems like a egotistical yet insecure asshole who's literally trying to change his best friend's anatomy and the issue is there isn't anything remotely likable about him unless u find him attractive

i still lowkey dont understand why tae seems to be more forgiving to ilay than xinlu because to me the severity of their actions are honestly the same
I think in a way it’s really because xinlu only really used or pretended to like tae for his luck, whereas, yes ilay was rough and aggressive to tae, but he was more honest with his actions… in a way
more honest to tae as in he was openly speaking, sharing his thoughts and his actions- not really having any other hidden intentions
