He kills people all the time for pleasure, it’s implied he killed her friend. Letting him go means he’s going to continue to kill and continue to take enjoyment from it. I know it’s not fair but from here on out I place a little blame on the FL for every single victim he kills. She had the opportunity to stop him but chose her “moral high ground” over the lives of likely hundreds, if not thousands.

The only thing he did was not treat her like trash. Not like he went out of his way with the wooing. He just hoped time and proximity would have her falling into his arms. All the while leaving her to suffer at the hands of his mother. Hopefully the divorce is a wake up call to him. Only hope I have for the story rn is that FL let’s the mother in law have it.
