In-Seob might be the most pathetic uke I’ve ever read, and I’ve read Okane ga Nai. How does Ayase have more of a spine? Like this plot only works bc the author gave Seob the emotional memory of a half-dead goldfish. He’s inconsistent between chapters.
He feels like a broken man. He’s just resigned to his fate, not happy but too used to his majesty to be truly miserable anymore. I hope he tries to leave again or at least makes ML suffer literally any kind of consequence, but there might not be enough will inside MC left to care. Very sad ending but kind if realistic when a commoner is cornered by that kind of political and monetary power.

The start was so good. Two grown adults communicating about their feelings, having consensual sex, ML seemed so mature and super hot and MC seemed so cool, cute and confident.
