Seme deserves someone better. Not only did he string the seme along for YEARS. Uke 100% would have slept with that woman if he could get it up and live a “normal” life. Even if they HAVE to be end game, they needed time apart. Uke admitted to only caring about himself and in the end he didn’t change and still only considered his feelings. I can see someone suspecting their relationship and the uke pulling the exact same shit again because now he knows he can get away with it.
Make the uke a college freshmen and absolutely nothing about the plot changes. The author playing up the young and innocent aspect of the uke only highlights this is an adult lusting after a child.
Where the kid COMPLETELY ruins the teacher’s life and then goes on to live his best self without ever giving the pathetic teacher a second thought. That’s the best ending I can think of for this.
This is simple and cute. Why the low rating? It’s short but it didn’t really need to be more fleshed out and the seme being horny on site for for the uke in the extras was funny.
Here’s to hoping FL enters her villain arc after this and starts plotting revenge against ML. Really need to see her make him regret everything and grovel. That’s the only way this story can be saved.
The sex felt rushed. Like I get ML was there and ready to bang day 1, but it didn’t seem like MC’s feelings had caught up. Like him accepting the offer so soon felt out out of character for him. Especially given his past.
I want the wife to be caught and for her to go to prison. Not bc I care she killed her husband, but because she framed and ruined the life of an innocent young man to do it.
Based on spoilers she ends up with a harem of guys devoted to her, like worshipful type devotion, and not just the crown prince. Pretty sure he’s in the oust with her for a while once she gains some independence. Though I don’t know if he suffers as much as he should for how he treated the captives. And he should suffer. A lot.
Really hope she gets her memories back and then they start feeling each other out not sure who remembers what. Just for some added drama.
Naive gullible uke who can barely tie his own shoes and beyond toxic to actually criminal (rapist) seme. Tale as old as BL time. If this doesn’t have the seme groveling on hands and knees begging for forgiveness by the end, it will be a total cliched waste of time.
An older MC, but even at 38 acting like an irresponsible teenager. Like, why is it such a struggle to write ukes with fully developed frontal lobes? Why must they always have the mentality of someone just going through puberty?
If chapter 47 isn’t him calling his mother out for being such a massive piece of shit and cutting ties with her, you can throw the whole man away. Also chapter 46 having FL physically SAY the ML is a good person felt like a forced cop out by the author bc we had been shown NOTHING to imply he was a good husband for her. He let his parents treat her worse than a servant and did nothing so support her during that time. He just existed without being actively abusive… but didn’t stand up to his parents who were actively abusive. Also they keep trying to paint the father like he’s not as bad as the mother. But the father views women as second class citizens, like they’re nothing but servants and baby makers to him. “Maybe my father not hitting me and just ignoring me during tough times is his way of showing affection?” Boy shut up. The father is trash. The mother is trash. And the son is a spineless worm.
I’m not completely against any form of rape in fiction (I hold Back to School as the gold standard in BL on how it can be handled well), but that in this particular story, it comes out of nowhere and is completely irrelevant to the characters and plot. It’s barely an after thought and the RAPE is going to never be properly addressed. You can tell by how nonchalantly the chapters afterward treated it. The only thing that’s being taken seriously is the drug use, and just my opinion, but I don’t think drugs are worse than rape. This rape was, like many others, was just a cheap ploy for the leads to bang early without any actual effort writing wise. Hate sex is a thing! You can have consensual hate sex if the authors want violent sex so badly, it just takes a little more work to get there. Buh.
So long is there some proper realization of feelings and the seme genuinely regrets how he fucked up and works to not be such a douche anymore, then this could have a decent end. Just have to wait and see.
Is for the seme to learn uke’s past and at least understand why he’s so reluctant and maybe even start working his kinks around/accounting for the uke’s trauma… not that I should expect anything from a guy who uses his position of workplace authority over the uke to coarse him into very unwanted sex.
For a split second I actually thought the uke was going to handle the driver and show he’s at least competent at his job when he tries. NOPE. Still just a pushover with no brain and definitely no backbone. It’s a pain reading about someone so pathetic, but I keep coming back thinking he’s FINALLY woken up and decided to actually tell the seme off but nah. At this point the seme and uke deserve each other, if only so no one else will have to suffer their company. (Uke might as well be a particularly dumb toddler for all the mental fortitude he shows)
