No it is to each it’s own, everyone definition of cheating is different. Some may feel if their partner bond with someone else emotionally is cheating and some feel that physical interaction is cheating and then you got really insecure people that feel if their partner holds the door open for someone else is cheating so it’s definitely to each it’s on. Of course that's what you feel. We see everything from Sangho's perspective and unless Hakdo directly talks about his feelings with Sangho we don't know for sure what's going on with him. That's the exciting part about it ^^. Like, before Hakdo told Sangho that he wanted to be with him simply assumed that he has no interest in him anymore because he didn't show up for so long. And even now it looks a lot like Sangho simply hasn't realized yet that Hakdo's feelings for Doochi have changed. He knows that they both like each other but he thinks Hakdo is still in love with Doochi the same way he was before (he knows Hakdo wouldn't start a relationship with Doochi, they talked about that, bit he's still convinced that he has more feelings for Doochi than for him).
But good thing Doochi came up in the conversation because now they can talk about it. Which is a way better strategy than trying to get somebody to confess by making them jealous (that would turn this story into a tropes fest and I don't think we want that ;) ).
