I think the manhwa mentioned that royalty(or just the princes) receive new names after being promoted or growing up. So the name the manhwa mentioned before(Gyeongwon?) was probably his "childhood name" and the new name(Ehwa), was given to him cuz he became a Grand Prince. I'm not 100% sure but I do know that the whole name changing thing was mentioned somewhere in one the chapters.

I think it's the other way around. Ehwa is his personal name and his name as a prince is Gyeongwon. Their personal names aren't used for addressing them as royalty.
