I liked this way more than I thought I would...I expected it to be a basic yaoi high school manga but it turned out quite complex and deep. Though I do think that it needs a sequel for me to be satisfied lol Since their happy reunion and relationship started literally on the last chapter lol So yeah a sequel would be very much appricated. (=・ω・=)

Defenitely recommend! This is sure to go on my fave period/historical era BL list for sure lol The plot itself wasn't anything new but the writing and art still manage to grasp ones attention. Actually if anything I am glad for not making it over dramatic (though it was still quite emotional at times) and have more of a slice of life feel to it. (=・ω・=) On another note I am also glad by the young Master's decision to leave Osaka, since obviously the previous head not only didn't regret his past actions(that f*cking pedo) but even had ideas of keeping him tied to him using his business as an excuse...

It's such a beautiful and emotional story, maybe a bit unique as well, since this kind of setting isn't your usual one! It honestly left me with a bittersweet taste to the very end. Hopefully Rei's human genes will kick in and extend his lifespam as much as possible... But It's really admirable how they try to stay positive even in these circumstances and make the most out of it! (=・ω・=)

Both half brothers have already fallen for our sweet Charlotte... I just hope that she will choose Arthur and they can have their happy ending together! The toxic king can go and have the same fate as his father for all I care! He caused so much suffering to the Duke's only son even though the Duke back then( when he managed to free his wife from the obsessed king who defiled her) even took him in and raised him like his own! Ungrateful bastard!

I am so digging emotionally twisted stories like this one and omo this defenitely needs a sequel (or if it exists already please someone translate it lol). I really liked the characters and especially the fact that they were all grey, because in real life too we daily "battle" with ourselves, with our worries/insecurities inside our head. I for once could relate with some of the situations portait here! At first, around ch 3-4 I thought the author would make it more dark and psychological but she didn't thankfully since I prefer it like this. Anyways, I truly enjoyed it but to feel complete it really needs that second volume ~ Since there are many things remaining unsaid!

It's pretty clear by now that the emperor doesn't actually have feelings for Trashta if anything the one he wants is the Empress (however twisted those "feelings" are ugh). I mean they were together since they were children so how inhuman can someone be to not develop feelings for the other. I personally think he is just afraid about not having a heir after years of trying with Navier(I mean it has been addressed a few times already in the Manhwa) and when Trashta showed up she was like the "perfect canditate" he could find... I mean he has said that after the baby is born he will make Rashta an empress only for a year, so that the child will be seen as a legal heir and then he will divorse and remarry the empress... (I mean who would leave the nation to Rashta common) He has even privately mentioned at one point to Navier if she would like to adopt and raise Rashta's child and ofc our savage empress refused(seriously the audacity this man has) So this makes him a bigger scum and trash in my eyes because he is using both Rashta and Navier! Not to mention that he says nothing about his plans to Navier(because he obviously knows she wouldn't agree) yet expects complete trust from her without questioning his actions! Like bitch wake up! Who in their right mind would still trust and love someone who treats them like that? Do you even realise how much you have fallen in front of Navier's eyes after doing those things?She will end up hating you to the bone before your plan even reaches the middle lmao Like seriously what is she a doll? You can divorse her one minute for selfish reasons and think that she will keep loving u and wait for you until you pick her up again after everything is done? If you really cared about her feelings you would discuss your worries with her and not fool her and make her suffer like that? Psycho.
Anyways, he totally deserves what's coming! I hope the divorce and re marriage will happen soon!
