The story's fine, just not my kinda thing I guess. Also, what's with the mc having like every kind of Synesthesia to do with sight? Usually in comics like these they'll limit it to being able to see colors in sounds, but what's with his seeing emotion and taste and everything. Every sense is linked to his visual and just happens to be color? Well, I guess it's not like it couldn't happen. Just unusual.
I thought he could hear the change of tone in voice? Like how ppl with synesthesia can see colours and shapes from music I thought it was that but with tones of voice and so he relates the colour with an emotion?????
Great premise, terrible execution. Sounds like a Chinese manhua indeed. I can't accept a fallen princess romancing some guy who was partially responsible for her family's death and her own slavery. Not to mention he basically told her "Wow, you're suicidal because your entire world was turned upside down in a single night? Smh, pathetic. Where's your honor?" ಠ_ಠ Ridiculous
Tbh I was excited to think I found a story where the contractual relationship was just a contractual relationship. I had kept hope that maaaaybe she would mend the argument between the mistress and him, but to no avail. Kinda disappointing that it just devolved into a typical romance. I don't dislike the characters at all, but it's just boring now. Predictable.
I hate Jade. He's annoying and being a jealous prick about your crush's cousins isn't a good look. They're cousins for God's sake. I hate how comics like these always portray that obsessive jealousy as cute. It's not. If that happened irl it would be creepy and overbearing.
Anyways, I'm used to the main love interests in these comics annoying me, so maybe it's a me problem. Though, it certainly isn't my fault that all of the MLs in these fantasy romance comics are basically the same person. The story's decent other than that.

Not common. It happened, but rarely and mostly between royalty. Besides, it wouldn't be between first cousins because even then they realized the dangers of that. Usually it'd be a kinship that was further (removed several times or like 2nd cousins). And even if the twins were strangers, it's ridiculous to act like that. Jealousy taken to that degree is simply unhealthy.
I wouldn’t know since in my culture first cousin marriage was once a preferred thing.

This is so frustrating. I love the mc, and the story plot and character interactions are cute and fun FOR THE MOST PART. But the way the men treat the mc in this comic is SO ANNOYING WTF. It'd be different if it were in the light of "They're in the past so they treat women poorly", but literally they're not treating it as negative? The comic basically says "oh well, it is what it is. As long as she's aware of how awful they are and still loves them it's fiiiiiine." Why is it all treated as a joke??? They're legitimately terrible people. Rudolph, Red, and the twins are the only ones who haven't acted out of line wtf.
I'm surprised this is a manhua. Then again, they do tend to do well on their idol type stories. Seems entertaining so far, and I like how there's no romance as of yet. Very promising.

Aside from that, they mostly tend to raise the temperature of your body or create scents that remind you of sexual activity to "get you in the mood". Medically, this is all they are proven to do. I guess since it's a fantasy world we can assume it's some special thing that does exist, but it's funny since it's based around a real life thing that doesn't actually work. XD
