I think the author didn't think through this enough when they were creating Louis personality. He's just so bland, a tofu has more fucking flavor than his underwhelming personality. But, I'm still enjoying the story because of Maetel and the end of the season. Even though I already read what happened in the raws (oof my endless struggle in manderin classes paid off, eh?!)

Well first of all, even though I knew it all along. I am still slightly disappointed that it's not it's not Rafael's baby (in a twisted kind of way, it would be interesting I guess to see how the story pan out.).. But, at the same time Matael is kind of getting crazy too. Especially with the last chapter. Why would he lock Louis up, after he saved him from being Rafael's next victim. On top of that knowing Louis is pregnant with his baby? He also found out that Louis WAS drugged that faithful night. I'm really forward to see where this plot is heading now...there seems to be less misunderstanding between them (well from Matael's point of view) and Louis is aware that he likes the Prince. They just need to communicate how they feel towards each other and call it a day. Like, I'm dying for some proper lovey-dovey moments between them during his pregnancy leading up to giving birth to the baby.

yup but according to someone who read the novel maetel didnt tell louis until the day he gave birth the baby look exactly like like him. also bcs maetel didn't tell him before he gave birth he always thought that the baby belongs to duke.
