I came here after someone recommended this manhwa, saying it's similar to Where the Dragon's Rain falls. And they were pretty similar in the beginning! But then went completely different ways, I feel Still a very good read, I'm glad I found it.

Oh! I think the person who recommended it, thought Paljae and Sahara are similar in how inhumanely cruel and innocent they are and basically have to learn everything about life. There're also similar topics, like fate and greed. But I agree that beyond that they are completely different, and the farther I went, the more apparent it became. Especially in writing. "Paljae" is more straightforward imo.

Yep, and same! I wonder how Paljae will end, but I don't think we'll see the ending any time soon lol
Do you maybe have something similar in mind, even just in vibes?..
I really enjoy finding new manhwas through recommendations from people who read similar stuff and love it. It's not always spot on, but it often leads to interesting discoveries and/or manhwa which isn't really talked about ><

Keep going with the recs, I'm taking notes!
''Go Jin and Gam Rae'' is a very wholesome historical bl, and it has an eternal love vibe that will melt the coldest heart...
''Reunion'' is from a novel; it has nothing to do with this vibe, but the plot is so well written through a bunch of interesting flashbacks that are connected with everything, and the art is out of this world.
''Devil wants to hug'' An eternal demon king eternally in love with a god who died, and he had to wait for his reincarnation. This one is kinda similar but different and it's on my top 3 of all times.

And suddenly a lot of people hate vince, huh. I don't hate him. The situation feels very forced. We also were with him this whole time. And yeah, people say stuff when they are hurt that they don't mean, can you imagine? Still, it was way too specific. It would be okay story-wise if they discussed something related before. Or if yeon threatened him with his life. Or if vince had similar experience when he was threatened this way and blurted it out. Otherwise, author just forced it.
And why NOW people say they don't like that aryka and yeon are related? Huh?? Whatever.

I don't hate vince because his not aware about yoen and mc feelings. His reaction was understandable. Author really made a wrong time and place situation and I really felt bad for the three dudes. I find the plot twist really interesting because it gave me mix emotions. I hoped the author will be able to give us good ending for the mc and Vince since yoen was already dead.

THANK YOUUUUU you’re prob the I lý person who has some common sense and media literally and EMPATHY towards the cahractwrs I’m soo angry at all the forced hate and mischaracterising of yoen and vince, obv they said some Dm eye bad things but ITS SO CLEAR that they didn’t t mean it just said it in the heat of the moment of for reasons like yoen not wanting to hurt arykas feelings why don’t peopel get this

Not to undermine the act itself, but the secret behind this whole backstory is so disappointing... The specific words feel so forced. The whole situation even. And yeah, it's kinda like that-one-bl-anime cough cough, but that's not the issue. The issue is how they led to it. So much build-up and for what? Sorry, this reveal wasn't worth the wait imo.
I like the brothers' involvement in the story.
I'm at that point when whenever I see sir Scarlich I can't help but grimace. Reminds me of Ani Tomo with the annoying cousin, ugh.
