1) I think mc DOES know he is sleeping with a ghost BUT he thinks that the manager/seme is the ghost instead of the ghost just taking the form of the manager/seme (I am still somewhat confused if the ghost is the manager or is just taking form of the manager it's still a little confusing but I think the ghost is just taking the form of the manager)
2) There is no relationship with me and the colleague so far but the manager and colleague seemed to have a relationship or at least they had a crush on each other before the mc caught the interest of the manager/ghost and after the ghost started slowly only focusing on mc (that's why the colleague was acting really possessive and weird in the latest chapter)
3) I don't really think she is a psychic.... If I had to explain it... Hmmm... To explain it for it to make sense I think she didn't have the type of power mc has BUT after the ghost/manager had shown her his true form it was like her 3rd eye opened and now she can see the ghost like mc(if that makes sense)
4) I think that the ghost are real because there are to many things to say they are not BUT if not that would be a HUGE plot twist.
