I came here after watching reels about the anime adaptation of this.(/TДT)/
If I put all my rationality and logical mind aside then it's a cute story.
But I can't. Uke is just too naive and innocent. It's like watching a child being taken advantage of because of his innocence. Uke is still a teenager and Seme was in his thirties. His friend was right to tell him that it's weird and wrong.
And the worst part is Seme was imagining Uke (a kid, I think at that time) when he was having sex with someone else. Seme is a creep, pervert and I will also say a pedo.
I wish Uke and his baseball friend had developed romantic feelings for each other.
