I'm so sorry I cracked up at black hair appearing in modern agent clothes like that trying to save the MC
I wouldn't have bat an eye if this was a modern dungeon/gate/hunter themed story but *snorts* him wearing those clothes and yes he also dressed like that in the previous chapter too
Wait it's been a while does this manhwa have gates with monsters appearing out of them??? Sigh another one to add to the reread list I read too many to keep track of
The office politics is stressful and anxiety triggering though.
The executive director is also a little sus, she gives me "Marry My Husband" vibes and I wonder if she reincarnated, there's no solid evidence that she did so because she's hella good at hiding things. Maybe she didn't reincarnate but who knows? The story is mostly told in the pov of the ML and it also makes a fairly decent seinen manhwa (without the unnecessary fanservice and smut, coming from someone who just read only a few seinen series in their life).
Yeah the dad gets even more cruel at this point. Becomes frustrating to read. Grey's the best brother.
I don't know why the execution of the direction is like this, it could have been done better because the quality of the plot fell off along with artstyle. It was great initially in the beginning.
I don't want to be mean to the artist, but they are put in a position where they can't keep up with the original artist. Not sure what the studio/publisher is thinking because personally to me, it looks like a narrow-minded higher up put their grubby hands on this manhwa and ruined it.

The drunk reveal of him being Ares ruined the pacing of the story for me and it's too early
Feels like dropping an anchor in the middle of a nice spongy delicious cake being baked.
