This is somewhat interesting. The characters are likeable and I hope a pure friendship will grow with the arth and merle. Also, I'm hoping for a non-betrayal plot.
Same betrayal here would just be devastating. Especially because our main character clearly wants to do good by the people unlike his ancestors.

Is the King bad or not? I mean he wants the hero to marry Charlotte because he wants him to succeed the Perol household since the trash is a trash and he doesn't know the abilities of Charlotte , so he thought that she might be a pamper child who won't be able to handle the household. So basically he wants to secure the household through the hero's help though it might have seemed like an evil plan to us.
Also, the animosity between him and his brother, I wonder if that really is true or is there some sort of other meaning behind it. The King seems greedy but also wants some goodness to others. I don't know. Lmao!
