There could be potentially a 50/50% of possibility of postive paternal result if fathers are sharing same DNA. Just like when in reality lost families can identify relations on either which parent, siblings, and cousins are tested. Since this is omegaverse I think the author used the notion of jaeshin carrying taeyoons child because of pheromone compatibility, an omega needs the pheromones of the one who impregnated him so he can have a stable pregnancy.

Glen doesn't rape Ryan. He plays a rapist in a documentary. Ryan plays the victim. They're acting. The film isn't meant to be good, though. Glen is kind of making money off the victims' pain. Which is horrible.

Yes, you're right, that's how I understood it. It's probably a very sensitive subject for a real victim to film a rape scene. What Glen did was a terrible thing.
Based on the progression and extended hiatus, pretty sure the author just wanted/needed to wrap it as soon as possible.
I rather doubt it was the original intended ending but they just got to a point where they felt their publisher would be okay with an end there and it needed to get done
