I like that its different in many ways
He wants to "fix" her manipulation tactics and willingness to give in to men in order to have them dancing to her tune and have them giving her physical intimacy.
Inyheok is a red flag at least lol but i love yellow red and black ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ what can I say
The last guy doesnt like her, he is just amused by her, the younger one was one sided love from his side, he was never going to get love from her and the boss liked her foxyness/playfulness, so... Maybe the young guy was a good catch, idk ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

Jay is trying (in his own fucked up and non healthy/sane way) to heal Taemins "scars".
Taemin has been carrying his "guilt" as the sole reason for his existance. He transformed it into "revenge" after 5 years of self punishment and now focuses on doing anything necessary to achieve this "revenge", even putting his life in danger (he's suicidal, no doubt).
Jay after understanding Taemins intentions and determination, he has fallen for him and wants to "fix him", or at least "fix his focus to something else".
Jay understands that in order to genuinely help Taemin, he must "prove" to him his determination to "fix" Taemin... And considering how Taemin refuses to ask for help and risks his life for others, Jay is angry that his hard work is not helping him much, but rather pushing Taemin to further get into risky situations.
Jay is crazy lol he is def black flag but I love it, its so toxic and insane but damn, these characters and the story is all so good and well done ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
Taemin is a manly, strong and determined (suicidal) bottom, Jay is a stubborn, smart and impatient af top
Love their dynamic, can't believe it been less than 3 months in their time line and the manager and sweet guy STILL dont know Taemins bro and mom are dead... This is a slow burn but the delayed gratification is DELECTABLE AND SO WORTH THE WAIT (▰˘◡˘▰)

Thanks for putting it this way. I didn't think about Jay's reasonings. I was thinking he was selfish and being a little bitch instead of worrying for Yoohan. But after reading your statement it makes sense.
Why do you think he cut himself? What does it signify? Him saying Yoohan is killing him or prefers to die and not answer...?? What are your thoughts?

Oh you are not wrong ( ̄∇ ̄") he is very selfish, the only reason Jay is trying to "understand" Taemin is def not because he CARES about his feelings lol, but because he knows Taemin has not explored his own feelings ever and Jay finds the exploration and Taemins innocent reactions to his teasing and persistant pushing, all very AMUSING (≧∀≦) (cant blame him ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶)
Jay is trash haha at least his selfish intentions are, but he is being "mindful" and "PATIENT" (3 months of serenading, dancing to Taemins tune, and wait for Taemin to desire sex with Jay, was a lot for him haha)
Jay does worry about Taemin but feels jealous (YES JEALOUS HAHAAHA so immature) of Taemins focus being the yellow haired annoying twink (his nemesis, the one that killed Taemins bro).
Considering Jays hard work did not help Taemin, Taemin got into several risky situations, Taemin keeps refusing help from anyone (even sent the bodyguard that Jay sent to protect HIM to the sweet guy)... Jays desperation, anger and frustration lead to the cut.
Its a representation of Jay willing to risk his life to save and help Taemin. Jay wants Taemin to understand his determination and to make it clear, "if you ever get hurt again, I will hurt myself too"... Jay is such a romantic guy lol
Do keep in mind Taemin is very not in touch with his own feelings, hasent developed much self introspection (which makes sense given his past and all), and tbh I find Jays decision to get the cut the "easiest"(CRAZIEST) way to "send the message" to Taemin. Remember how Taemin keeps saying that Jay "speaks in riddles" but Jay has very good intuition and knows how to read people very well.
I think I love this series by how the adults are represented, not being dumb af, being smarter and more experienced than the younger charactersヾ(❀╹◡╹)ノ~
FINALLY Jay asked Taemin in his own words "do you really want to die after your revenge? Or do you not want to think about anything and just continue being suicidal...”

One last thing
When Jay watched the "suicidal scene" from the movie Taemin "acted", thats where he realized how bad Taemins mental situation was. We all know Taemin is not good at acting but he so happened to make that scene iriley with perfection, to the point where everyone felt uncomfy watching a very realistic suicide attempt. Most ppl dont know how attempts are cause THEY ARENT SUICIDAL, its hard to act it out even for pros.
Watching that scene really scared Jay and made him feel like he had to be there for Taemin, and then he finds him laying on the floor full of blood and hurt... It seems like an accident but it was pretty suicidal of Taemin to not ask for help and to do everything alone. TAEMIN DID NOT WANT TO ANSWER THE PHONE. He accepted his death rather than try to be saved...
And all of this culminated to the cut
Enough typing for today ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ノ~

After dad dies...
Bro hides, FL escapes the loaners asking for the money her bro never paid, something happens to ML and FL thinks he dies (ofc he doesnt), she has a child from that one night, travels with nanny to ML land, after a while ML thinks FL left him to marry Noah (1st misunderstanding), ends up struggling to sleep and alcoholic, FL works a lot to survive but she makes friends in the new town, ML becomes duke, FL doesnt recognize blonde ML but he does recognize her, he thinks she is over him (2nd misunderstanding) and he notices a child with silver hair (3rd misunderstanding, this is FLs nephew), ML becomes jealous, bla bla bla, finally all misunderstandings come to an end and they end up happy (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜

I would rather hear the bad news than have others handle things by themselves. I would rather SHARE the bad news than cause possible issues within my relationships. Being truthful can be very scary but so much better than having the people you love find out the truth through somewhere else. Jaein deseves some spanking and pleasure punishments (▰˘◡˘▰)
Im confused
It felt like 300 years but they were actually 3 years inside? The translations are a little wonky to better understand
Its more a matter of perception. Time did not flow at all under influence of the skill so the amount of time passed can only be determined by the individuals own personal perception of time. Is the reason why for the lady it felt like 300 years and for mc it felt like 3 years bc they both perceived it differently ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
spoilers (read at your own risk)
It was a skill that stop the time (it was originally owned by Seo's school friend with a yellow hair). Since they don't have knowledge about the 4 terrains, the countdown is their main enemy (every dungeon have timeframe to conquer else it will break) so logic aside, they indeed spent 300 years inside the dungeon which is all recalled by the surviving hunters. (*/ THEORY: similar to an overflowing bottle that forcefully suppressed and by the time they got out of the great dungeon the skill ceased and had side effects since the World is just 297 years behind from their own physical and mental being.)
this is all I can talked about any further information will ruin your experience with the story.
Uuuuuuuuu i love spoils tho haha if u spoil me more ill give you a cookie
